The Gaurantee Customer Maintenance program includes all the services of the Planned Maintenance with some additional benefits.  Connell Co. will develop a "Gaurantee Customer" program that can be provided in conjuction with new or used equipment sales or as a program for new or exsisting service accounts.


     * A maximum 3 hour response for any service call during regular working hours (7:30-4:00 PM) of the labor is FREE.

     * Quarterly, semi-annual, or annual ownershp cost analysis of any forklift registered in the program

     * Monthly facility visits by a Connell Co. representative to inspect and observe the equipment in operation. A written follow up report will be provided.

     * Every 6th PM per unit will be FREE. This work will be performed on time or the PM charge ($50) is FREE.
    
     * Gauranteed pricing on recommended sevice.  Connell Co. will advise the customer when the recommended services should take place or that service is free

     * Written Quotes on all additional work required.  Connell Co. gaurantees to stay within the written quote parameters.

     * 60 day gaurantee on all service related parts and labor.

     * Budget billing on recommended service.

     * 20% discount off posted rental rates.

     * An annual $500 PARTS FREE coupon once the service account billing exceeds $10,000 (excludes PM service)
